In 2004, Designer, Cathy Wood of Cathy Wood Ltd and Jeff Jewell, Plumber, Gasfitter, Roofer and Drainlayer started New Vision Enterprises Ltd. With a combined wealth of experience in the building industry they are committed to ensuring their staff at New Vision Enterprises provide a highly skilled and professional service. Covering the greater Wellington area, New Vision Enterprises Ltd provides services and products relating to all aspects of Plumbing, Gasfitting, Drainage, Roofing and Water Conservation.
All members of the New Vision Enterprises Ltd team undergo continued upskilling and training.
We are proactive members of, The
Master Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers NZ Inc, The Roofing
Association and Site Safe. Our team gain access to the necessary resources and knowledge in support of their continual training and self-development. We engage the services of other education providers to assist with additional Health and Safety and First Aid knowledge.

New Consumer Protection Measures
In accordance with new consumer protection measures that came into effect from January 1, 2015, New Vision Enterprises will have written building contracts with all its clients for residential projects $30,000 and over. The aim is to provide a no-surprises relationship between the contractor and the home owner.
On acceptance of a quote we will supply you a completed disclosure statement and a customer checklist. Each contract over $30,000 will have a signed contract. The contract that New Vision Enterprises will be using is NZS 3902:2004 “Housing alterations and small building contract.” On completion of the works you, as the owner will be supplied with all guarantees and warranties.
